  I would give a negative start for Dr. Cheung. The whole experience with him was traumatizing, and we left with deep frustration. Our appointment was shorter than scheduled and we felt awfully rushed. The shocking part is that we received a bill with an extra-time charge! We made an appointment with him as we were told he speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. We regretted as he is a complete racist to us! When we met, he immediately told us that he didn’t prefer to speak Mandarin since he didn’t like to treat people from mainland China as they have certain expectations. I was in a deep shock and felt offended as we didn’t even discuss anything. He showed appalling discrimination and disrespect in such an outrageous manner. I was merely judged as being able to speak Mandarin and English.
  During the appointment, he was callous and didn’t care a bit about the patient in pain. He ended up speaking perfect mandarin to us, just chose not to use it to serve patients better. Run Away fast!
